Create a GNJOY account
Register only on the official Ragnarok Zero: Global portal (roz.mygnjoy.com / regional mirrors linked from Gravity Game Unite). Enable email verification before you download anything.
Download the PC client
ROZ Global is PC-only — there is no mobile client for this service. Use the official launcher download. Ignore Discord DMs offering “fast mirrors” or cracked loaders.
Install & patch
Install to a drive with free space for patches. Let the launcher finish updates before you create a character — mid-patch logins cause checksum errors.
Confirm Game Pass / trial
New accounts usually receive a short free trial (commonly three days). Confirm access in the account panel so a long grind is not cut mid-session.
Optional: RO Lite — Arrow
Clear Stage 100 in RO Lite — Arrow on official mobile stores for up to two one-day Game Pass coupons per month. Link the same Gravity ecosystem account.
First login checklist
Set UI scale (up to 205%), bind Fly Wings, join a timezone-friendly guild, and open the Quick Start guide before you leave town.
- Official site and Discord never ask for your password in DMs.
- Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Thai, Indonesian, Chinese, and English are supported in the client — pick your language in settings.
- If CSS/assets fail to load on this wiki, hard-refresh; if the game client fails, repair from the launcher, not a third-party “fix tool”.
- Keep the launcher installed — patch day on September 3 will be busy.
